Please read these terms carefully before using UberBad. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the UberBad mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use UberBad. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.
UberBad is available to users in the United States. Use from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and subject to local laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data within 30 days.
The Code Red feature sends SMS messages to personal contacts you designate. By using Code Red you acknowledge:
By adding someone as a Code Red contact, you represent that you have their consent to receive emergency SMS alerts from you through UberBad.
UberBad provides both official communities and user-created private groups. By participating in communities you agree to:
Private groups are visible only to the group owner and invited members. As a group owner you are responsible for the conduct of your group and ensuring invited members have consented to join.
UberBad reserves the right to remove content or suspend access to communities that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use UberBad to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
You retain ownership of content you post on UberBad. By posting content, you grant UberBad a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service.
You represent that you have the right to post any content you share, and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
UberBad is not responsible for user-generated content and does not endorse the views expressed by users.
Apparel and merchandise purchases through the UberBad shop are processed via Shopify and fulfilled by Printful. By making a purchase you agree to Shopify's and Printful's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
UberBad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
UberBad is a peer support community platform. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always seek professional help for mental health concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UberBad and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to UberBad in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
